My clownfish are acting strange

So I have had my two Clarkies now for almost a year and when I got them they were cool with each other but now I've had to add a divider to my nanotank to keep the bigger from killing the little one as u will see in the photos but anyway thats not what my question is... on my smaller clownfish yesterday I noticed a small what I thought to be an abrasion on the top close to the dorsal fin and now over night it has gotten bigger and is a small bulging white lump please help he looks ***** uncomfortable I wanna save him if possible what could this be please see photos.. also they both gring themselves against the side of the tank and on the sand every now and then but more frequently recently so I though Mayne gill flukes and I treat with prazipro and they are still acting weird and throwing themselves I to the wall of the tank and into the sand bed..

Clown aggression is part of clown life. They are likely maturing now and one is becoming the dominant female. What I have done with success is buy a floating breeder box and place the larger aggressive female in it for 7 days. On the 8th day if the wounds have not healed and the smaller clown is not eating or acting normally you may have to extend the prison sentence. Its critical to allow the smaller clown to become comfortable again and regain strength. I have had to do this 3 times in 2 years, but have had no issues the last 6 months.
