It is breathing heavily, and has lost a ton of color. It was fine this morning but is in bad shape now. My temperature is 76 F but that’s the only parameter I have. @fishmedic

Its been 2 mins. No ones gonna respond that quickly.

what are all of your parameters? Saying they are good doesnt help. And please actually measure it will help.

was it qt’ed?

It has been in the tank for 4-5 months. It wasn’t qted. I can’t get my parameters. I don’t have a test kit.

Thats problem #1 for sure. Its an essential part.

salinity?

not much anyone can do to help if you have no way of telling whether it’s environment is proper or not.

I will definitely get a test kit in the near future for the next time something happens. I did notice some white and pink spots on the body, if that helps.

It’s been eating just fine. My other clown eats most of the food, but the sick one does eat.

Well if its got ich the whole tank does. You might as well see if it can make it……..

you should go to the lfs tomorrow and get some way to measure amnonia and nitrates. If you plan on coral you will need calcium, alk, magnesium and phosphates.

how are you measuring salinity? And when was it last calibrated? Are you using ro/di or tap water?

I don't think your parameters are the source of this fishes emaciated condition. What food(s) do you feed these fish?
How often? When fish look skinny like the one in the picture I am inclined to say "Yes" to your "Should I bury it" question. The issue is now, what do the other fish look like and are they skinny and sick also?

It does look super thin and the white and pink spots do not sound good at all. If it were me, I'd do a significant water change if the tank is not too large.

Take a good look at the other livestock for spots and behavioral issues.

I'm guessing the clown won't make it judging by the photo, but I never give up.

Sorry to hear about your fish. It’ll most likely die unfortunately. I’m not convinced it’s eating “fine”. That’s a very thin clownfish. If the other one eats most of the food, then you need to feed it more (and do more water change to compensate). The clown looks malnourished. If the other fish are fine then it’s not likely to be the parameters IMHO.
