Hello all my fish only tank has been fighting ich with the help of cupramine for about two weeks now and i thought that I was in the clear but i just looked at my clown fish and he seems to have it worse than before. I just second dosed a half dose of cupramine 5 days ago. I need help and dont know what to do next. U have a flame hawk and a Lawn Mower Blenny in my tank as well and they dont seem to have any symptoms if ich.

It’s likely that you aren’t quite at a therapeutic level of copper. Do you have a copper test kit? You need to be at 0.50 ppm of cupramine.

That doesn't help much with ich, at most, it just buys you some time.
