my clowns are like cats

I was checking my water temp with one of those laser temp guns. my clowns saw the laser and would chase it all over the tank. might use it to get them to go into the rbta when I get more time. anyone else tried this?

I would think with a typical laser pointer that the glass and water would diffuse that as a possibility.

I don't have a laser thermometer but I do have a couple laser pointers. I see new amusement here....
