so i just received my colorado sunburst yesterday from REEFKOI and love it!
heres website picture

and here it is after putting in the tank yesterday

thats what it looks like yesterday...last night part of the foot started moving in different directions...i checked the underside and stringy stuff was all over the middle like an injury or something...i did not see any injury when i got it so its weird that it will get injured,no way it will happen anyways as i have it in a container...

here it is taken today

its in the process of splitting YAY!...a few people told me it probably got stress thats why its causing to split,i was so worried last night...so far it has not expelled any waste or shrink at all...hopefully tomorrow i will have 2 cute sunbursts...it will be about 2-2.5 inches each in size...this is one of my best purchases..

anyone any input advices is appreciated...i havent kept bta's for a long time so i dont have any idea whats gonna happen next...

thanks!

I can't believe you bought 1 and it ended up splitting 1st day. Quick! Go buy a lotto ticket.

So Jealous and Double jealous. Are these the same lineage as gonzos sunburst? Been wanting to get one but its a bit pricey. What a score.

How do your gorgeous specimens look now? Thank you so much for sharing this! Our anemone has been acting weird lately and we aren't sure if it is splitting or not, so it is so wonderful to have this for reference as we keep an eye on it. And what an unbelievably stunning reference it is! Wow! Beautiful! Do you have any updated pics after the split or just further along in it?

hi thanks...they look great as of right now...it went more bubbly and tentacles are fat...it has not completely split yet...half of the mouth is already ripped...i am thinking of cutting the remaining flesh that is still connected some time this week if theres no progression...it is so responsive and very cute...i have not seen it deflates or put out waste at all...i dont see any visible stringy stuff so i would guess the cut part is almost healed....very cute and really bubbly...i will take pics when i get a chance

so i checked the nems last night and just a tiny flesh is connecting so i snip it with a scissor..now i officially own 2 cute sunburst nems...:D:) pics soon

here they are...:)..2 cuties...the tentacles are bubbly hope they stay that way..sorry for the crappy picture

sweet anemone or should I say anemones....will have to check them out next round
