My corals are not opening up

My corals have not opened up like they used to. It’s been about 3 weeks now. I can’t figure out what is wrong. All my tests seem to be good but still can’t figure out how to fix this issue.
Salt= 1.024
temp.= 74 f
ammonia= 0
Nitrate= 0
ph= 8

How’s your calcium, alkalinity and magnesium? What source water are you using?

I use distilled water.

I had several euphyllia coral and a couple palys that did that same thing after a month in my quarantine tank. Lost several of them...i think it was due to no nutrients! I started dosing sodium nitrate to around 2ppm and everything turned around nicely...palys opened again and had beautiful color within a month, other euphyllia is starting to come back a well.
