The rimless 80DBP is my dream tank! Just starting mine as well, unfortunately I live on the 4th floor so I don't want to put water in it till I'm ground floor! Looks great man! Following you!

It's a 4 bulb and yes the software was a bit of a pain but now it's going good.

Yes I have a 72x30x24 reef tank and I have to tell you I am loving this one. I love being able to look down in it and reach anywhere in the tank!!!! Wheels are spinning on a 72x30x18 peninsula

Put the skimmer online last night and it went nuts! It's still a little loco. [emoji33]

Added my first coral into the tank. Probably to soon but If it looks to be a problem it will go back into my main tank.

These little guys went in on day one and are enjoying the tank almost as much as I am

You put a cat in as a test coral lol?
Get a higher end bridge camera, it will cost less than a dslr and they have enough function to get used to a dslr.
(I have a nice Nikon dslr with 2 macro lenses, I still use my Sony bridge 99% of the time, still learning.

Turning up the white LED's helps a lot. It does not replace a good camera but you can at least get realistic coloring. Phones and most cameras cannot process blue and uv LED's

Pacific sun has no white LEDs lol

Also did a par test just for the Leds since T5 bulbs haven't arrived yet and it said 45 at my top rock!!!! Say what!
Then pulled up the software to realize no blue channels were on yet and the rest were at like 12% lol

Anyone have any suggestions on refugium set up to make chaeto tumble and what is the best light to use to make it grow like crazy?

On my last setup I used the Home Depot LED bulb. Google melvsreef refugium light and it worked well.
