Looks like Popeye. Possible fluke?

Last week dosed 120ml of praziquantel. Kanaplex. And copper is around .50-.75.

I freshwater dipped him twice this week. Then he broke out with ick. I’m at a loss.

Looks more like eye trauma. You might want to try dosing Epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons) to help ease the swelling.
