first off let me start off by saying I'm not paid to say this about Algaebarn. My experience with them has been amazing. To start before I even made a purchase from them,I spoke with Greg for at least 45 minutes. Where we spoke about everything from their company to when we both first got into reefing. I placed an order for the two 5080 pack pods with the two bottles of plankton. My order came in and one of the jars of pods looked great the other one looked as if most of the pods had died in transportation. I made a claim, and also called Greg. Greg told me right off not to worry one bit. They would send out another jar of pods. Well I received my replacement order which was unfortunately not my order it was two bottles of turbo start. I called Greg and informed him of this mishap. Greg then told me not to worry he would fix the problem. Not only by telling me to keep the turbo start, which might I add Was a $60 mishap. But, not only would he send the one jar of pods but would send two just for the inconvenience. Well he told me it would mail out on Monday not realizing Monday was a holiday. i also didn't think about that until i emailed him because i had not received a tracking number. well i received the order today. A day early might i add if it would have been sent out on Monday. With DOUBLE the pods and two bottles of plankton. Totally replaced my full order. who does that? ALGAEBARN does!!!! They totally back their product and customer service. They have me as a customer for life.
