I wanted to share my experience with everyone after being a part of the @WWC live sale here on R2R a few weeks ago. I, like many of you, spent a nice chunk of change during the sale, and was excited to get the order. To make a long story short, there were a couple of hiccups regarding my order; missing/lost frags, etc….but through it all, Dillion in WWC’s internet department tried to make it right. When it was all said and done, I ended up with ALL the corals I originally ordered, plus a few extra’s that they sent to say “Sorry”. Sometimes, things go wrong, and you can’t always control it. What you can control, however, is how you handle it….and fortunately for @WWC, they have Dillion, and now a customer for life! My frags are looking great, so thanks again @WWC!

Thanks for the feedback Jon! We are happy that you enjoyed the Live Sale. Sometimes things do happen with the chaos of the Live Sales but if so we make sure we go above and beyond to make it right!

Hope you are still enjoying your corals.

Best Regards,
Dillion
