I have no idea! It's been in my tank for well over a year. Just saw it cruising on rocks one day. Must have come in on clean up crew shell or something. It was a lot smaller then. It found its way to the sump thru plumbing, twice I put it back in the DT but it keeps going back to the sump. Takes it a couple weeks to get there. Now I just leave it in there.
