My fire shrimp and my two fish

So sometimes I see my shrimp going up to my blenny and like touching him is he cleaning him? Usually the blenny swims away and scares off the shrimp, never attacks it. I just got a new fish, a possum wrasse and it goes up to it more because they both like the darker spots. The fish don’t seem to be bothered, but what is it doing and will either the fish or shrimp give in and stop?
