The stuff on the plug was gone within an hour of the crabs getting it if that's what you meant. Lol

Also, how can you tell it's and acan lord vs and acan echinata? I'm new with corals.

Acan lords have individual heads that "poof up" , echinatas are also individual heads but are more flat to say.
