Hey everyone,

I added a RBTA to my tank a few days ago and he has anchored himself on the back side of a island rock in the middle of the tank. A spot I did not think would be enticing to him. He is sitting in a spot around 80-100 Par and high flow for 2 days straight. Not sure when or if I should intervene. He does not look unhealthy other than sitting in a less desirable spot for him and me lol.

sounds like an RBTA lol. all is well. hoppefully it ends up picking a spot you can see it. you can point a powerhead at it to entice it to move, but at the end of the day it's gona do what itll do. and the powerhead could just make it mad

I’m still pretty new to anemones, but one thing I learned from mine is that they will do what they want. You can attempt to move the rock, but if it likes where it is, it will just move right back. The last thing you want is for it to swim into your powerhead.
