Use clic clamps to support the pipes from the overflow box so they don't "pull on the box when full of water.

Little hard to tell on pictures - do you have unions on both ends of your runs? Can only see them on the end near the overflow box

I was able to work on my plumbing a little more today. Making progress but seems super slow going.
