After running 3 days
AquaOne MiniReef120
Few kg of white rock plus some live I purchased on the weekend.
Added Stability
Bio media in sump
I scored 2 bristle stars, 1 crab, 1 cucumber, a number of corals from the live rock. I guess none will survive cycling?
Thoughts and tips welcome.

I think this is the little red crab that was on the rock.

Welcome Peter, number one that won't survive in this new environment is the sea cucumber. I've had them for years and they need detritus in the sand to turn over and a larger size tank. Can you sell local in any fashion? One of those brittle stars and the crab might make it through though? Try some of a nori sheet, and a little extra frozen feed for that brittle star. I'd love to see them both successful for you. Actually just looking again and the brittle stars look small, both may make the transition, let's hope

Both bristles are very small. Was interesting watching it get up and walk across the bottom.
The red crab has been in hiding and have only seen his legs poking out from his hiding spot.
I think there's also a flat worm getting about.

Is there anything I can feed the critters that are in the tank during cycling?
I'd hate for anything to starve to death.
Cucumbers, bristel star, zoos(I think) crab
