This is my first reef over 35 gallons. Its really the first time aquascaping dry rock before putting it in the tank. This is the second scape the my wife and I came up with.

Nice attempt, but here are some thoughts:
1. I think it will be too close to the glass panels which makes cleaning the glass difficult.
2. Too high, which limits growth space for corals, and swim space for the fish.

This being said I do realise that aquascaping is not easy. It took me 2 months to realise my 'perfect scape' (which, in the end, is of course not as perfect as desired).

I love the structure. I do agree it needs to be squished (sorry for using big words) together a bit for glass cleaning and flow. If you slightly angle both structures, you'll be golden. Imo. Very nice job!

I have taken into account cleaning of the glass and there will be about 2 inches on each side of the structure. As for the height I was concerned about this too, but the highest part of the structures is 13" and the tank is 24" tall.

Glue the bejezus out of it. OR....drill a hole through the pieces and glue in acrylic rods. I wish we'd done that. Ours looks looked similar to your but on a 210 gallon scale and it's fallen completely, despite the use of super glue, epoxy putty, and grinding before placement.

I like the rocks that look like ET on the left. Sorry, hope that did not ruin it. I really like the shapes and glad it will be far from edges and not too high. I would still angle them though. Gives more definition and depth to the design.

E.T.?!?! You are completely right and thats awesome!! I do need to get some more marco cement so I can finish bonding it all.

Two inches is fine for glass cleaning, but corals also need space to grow.

The hight is nice
