My first reef first skimmer

I just got the new cad light pipeless pls-50 skimmer for my 30 gallon reef I'm in cycle right now and have never had a skimmer and was wondering if anyone has this skimmer and how to setup the right way. And also how to get these micro-bubbles to stop or if I can't thanks

Mirco bubbles will go away in a few days, max a week.

Ok thanks and in the neck of the skimmer the bubbles keep. Rising and filling the collection cup is it just the skimmer breaking it in?
