I recently got the red sea max nano I got it all set up water is in and I've had the return pump and heater going for 3 days now. No fish yet but hoping to add a clownfish this weekend.

Current results of tests I've run.
Ammonia: 0.02
PH: between 8.0-8.2
Nitrate: 5ppm
Salinity: 1.020

I know my salinity is low and I've been topping off with saltwater to try and raise it. I did get premixed water form a local store but think I'll have to make my own.

(Ignore the thermostat on the wall it is no longer used, tank is 4 inches from the wall and I installed a cover.)

You can let the tank water evaporate and when it hits the salinity you want then add new mixed saltwater too top off . Job done You should also get a gravity fed auto top up and it will keep your salinity bang on every time you test it no swings . You’re tank looks great enjoy your journey
