My first snails and looking for advice!

I got 3 cerith snails because I was tired of cleaning the glass and the sand is gross since my goby died lol. Well I was in a rush to get to work and just floated the bag for a few minutes. Are they really sensitive? Did I kill them?

Ceriths are pretty tough - keep an eye on them but they should be fine as long as the salinity difference wasn’t too big.
