My first SPS and I need advice!!!

I added SPS to my 12g nano for the first time today. 3 of the 4, birds nest, and two encrusting ones, are doing fine. The fourth is a stick SPS that is fluorescent green. Here's a pic, but the color isn't done justice:

I drip acclimated and placed it midtank. Lights are 40% blue for 8hrs and 15% white for 3 1/2 hours. Some parts of it seem faded on the topside. Is this normal when they're acclimating to a new tank? The birdsnest hasn't lost any color at all. Should I be worried or is it just adjusting? Any help would be appreciated!

Tank numbers/specs:

12g nanocube with Steve's LEDs retrofit lights:
42W LED System Includes:

9- Royal Blue Luxeon ES 3 watt LEDs

5- 5,000K Neutral White Luxeon ES 3 watt LEDs

TLF Phosban reactor. Corallife Nano skimmer coming tomorrow.

Last water tests:

Ph: 7.7-8.0 (co2 problem I'm working on)
SG: 1.024
Alk: 9.5kh
Ca: 485ppm
Mg: 1395ppm
PO4: .05ppm
Temp: 77, controlled by Eheim heater
NO3: 10ppm before 1g water change should be lower now, almost always 5ppm

IO Reef Crystals used with distilled water reading 0ppm TDS. LFS water too high in po4 and TDS to trust. Topoff with kalk to maintain Alk, ph and Ca.

Probably all good choices for a first timer, but I would put them as low in the tank as possible and move them up slowly later. No mention was made of what light they came from, so that will help minimize shock from a different type and intensity of lighting.

Birdsnest usually do very well. You might want to get salinity up to 1.025-1.026.

The yellow looks like Ponape birdsnest if ya want to look it up and gain specific info on it

That's a hardy coral and should be fine. Often when new SPS gets faded it's because of too much light. As Apisto mentioned it's good to start them lower and move them up as they adjust.

If it lost color because of too much light then yes it should recover within a few weeks.

They were under led lights . maybe start them a little lower . they were at 100PAR . Alk 8.5 , cal 450 ,Mg 1400 ,temp 77F, salinity 1.026 . you are close to mine . should do good . so long there`s PE they are doing good . I also dose Fuel daily . if you can keep the alk 8.5 to 9.5 they should be happy .
