About a week ago I noticed some white spots on my fish, including a hippo tang, yellow tang, clownfish and flame angel. I'm new to the hobby so I didn't know what was really going on. I did some research and found out it could be ich. I went to my local fish store and bought ichx and have been dosing the tank. So far, I've lost all but the yellow tang and 1 clownfish. Anything I can do at this point? Or should I just expect the worse?

If it's killing fish within a week, it's likely something other than ick. The brown spots on the yellow have me stumped. What resources do you have to get or have a QT tank set up for medicating? Whatever it is, you can't treat this effectively in a display, and time isn't on your side. I'd stick nearby your screen so you can answer questions rapidly and get some answers today.

Size of the tank and all the water parameters you can provide will help.

Sorry for your losses.

Is it raised white spots or more a dusting?

It's a 75 Gallon and all the water parameters are good. I actually did a test earlier and everything is showing good numbers. I'm not sure what's going on. One day they are eating well and the next day they aren't. Right now I don't have a quarantine tank as I've just started about 2 1/2 months now.

Honestly the numbers are irrelevant as you clearly have a parasite issue. Only hope is to quickly setup another tank as a QT. You can purchase one for cheap from Petco or Petsmart and start treating with a copper based medicine such as Copper Power. it doesn't have to be anything special, just grab a 20 gallon long tank small HOB filter and a small heater. You can even use a air stone and air pump in place of the HOB filter.

Yes, but what are the numbers? Simply proclaiming them to be 'good' doesn't help anyone to help you.

pH is at 8.3, very little amonia, no Nitrite or Nitrate. Salinity is at 1.025, temp at 78F

Looks like crypto on the hippo. Not sure what's on the yellow tang. Brown spots look a little like fin rot which isn't uncommon with a crypt out break if it gets out of hand.

Probably best to get them out and into QT in either copper or Chloroquine. Leave the main tank empty for 3 months while you get them happy and healthy again.

Seem that my best option is a QT tank. Thank you!

Looks like a bacterial issue and a sign of vitamin deficiency.
What are you feeding this fish ?

Should be given liquid vitamins in its' food 2-3X per week and also garlic extract.

Feed at minimum:

Nori seaweed basted with garlic
Formula 2 flake and frozen
LRS Herbivire diet
mysis shrimp
plankton
spirulina brine shrimp

I'm feeding half cube of mysis shrimp mixed with a little flakes.

Is that more serious than ich, and how to treat if so?
See the below link for how to treat.
