My fish is sick, what could it be?

Im sorry for posting this here guys, i already do have a saltwater tank and i always use this forum for help but my issue is with my freshwater tank. My cichlid has been "swimming" upright and does not look good. You guys have any idea what it could be?
She is also getting a blackish "rash" .

He may have a problem with his swim bladder. If it’s ruptured, it could definitely cause the fish to swim inverted. This is only one of many potential issues, but that’s definitely one of them. Good luck.
