I need to vent. I will try and be very polite but I am so incredibly irritated!
I went to my local pet store and bought a cleaner wrasse. (What they told me was a type of cleaner wrasse,.... that is) I looked at it and I didn't look like the normally white and blue... They said it was an African cleaner wrasse. It fit the normal cleaner wrasse profile tho. I got home and put it in my tank, didn't see him for a few days didn't think anything about it. Today I noticed all he was doing was picking at my sps non stop just going from one sps to the next! I put my fish trap in there and left it for a while. He won't go near it!
I am so mad that a pet store sold me something they new anything about! And mad at myself for not checking them just believing what they said....I already know I should at fish but I just don't have the space in my apartment...
I'm about to go buy 100 gallons of water to fill up moving totes and RIP my tank apart to get him out...

I believe we have all made the mistake of seeing a beautiful creature and trusting that the LFS knows what it is. I know I have make this mistake before. I hope the capture goes well too.
