My goby

He is my grumpy old man. Or so he looks. He was a beautiful yellow and he was always out and about. Now he's white and he never comes out from under my live rock. He has tucked away and made himself a little home. He comes out to feed. But I have no idea what has caused this. Attached is a picture of the little guy.
