My Gyre 150 arrives Friday.

So as the title says "My Gyre 150 arrives Friday ".
And I was wondering what setup people are using. Alternating flow? Pulse? What what?
I have a 4ft 125 gallon reef tank.

I have mine set on pulse mode, about 40% on my 150. I have a second one coming this Friday as well and I'm going to try to get my apex to anti-sync them to get some alternating flow

I have mine running 100% in regular mode. I like to keep as much flow on the sandbed as possible.

I really want to keep the sand in place, but have as much flow as I can on the sand.
Do you have both side pointed in the same direction? I have heard that I should have one straight and have the other side pointed a little up.

So nobody uses the alternating mode. Where it goes forward for a while, and then reverse for a while? I hear that you only get part flow because only one side has a propeller that runs that direction at any given time.
