My H. Mag just spawned and looks like crap

Depends on why it spawned, was it a stress spawn, or one because the anemone has the extra reverses to spawn.
How long have you had the anemone?
How long has your tank been set up?
What size tank?
What lights?

240 gallon (84x 28x 24)
3 x 250 watt halides XM 10k
They looked normal again this morning and it didn't seem to affect anything else in the tank at all. I need to test to give parameters. I can do that in the morning.
