My horrible experience

Ordered $300 worth of livestock and $135 worth was dead within 24hrs or wrong. Got horrible customer service as all I wanted was what I ordered reshipped but was told that I would have to order another $25 worth and pay another box fee to have it shipped out. I already paid for quality specimens and shouldn't have to pay twice. After the poor quality you sent why would I want more? Horrible customer service and I want a refund not credit as I do not want to order from you again. To many other places with quality specimens and customer service that I would rather order from.
 
Supposedly they are going to refund my PayPal. I still haven't seen anything to verify that they have. They also said that they are crediting my account a store credit for free shipping on a future order. With all that you should have just reshipped my order as then you would have kept a happy customer and I would have continued to shop with you. Now that I had to jump through hoops and get aggravated, you have an angry customer who is sharing his horrible experience and will not be placing orders with you anymore. Doesn't make business sense.

As a recap of the phone and other social media contacts today, we have initiated a refund to your PayPal account for the 2 losses you reported as DOA as well as a refund for $9.56 for the Feather Duster, reported as the wrong color. If you would like to place an order in the future, we have issued a store credit to cover the amount of shipping. Our team is always here to help, listen and offer resolutions, however, are also deserving of respectful conversation. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
