Same company. Several people have heard this story before but I had a radiator "delivered" by them once only it never came. I filed a claim with Amazon and they replaced it. I filed a claim with UPS and it showed up 2 days later. Apparently they found it on the delivery truck.... Weird thing is, they scan the package when it gets delivered so the driver physically scanned my radiator, marked it as delivered, and kept it? The box was open when they "found it".

I will tell you I ordered live rock last October and Iam still waiting lost in the post and it will definitely be dead rock now . The vendor refunded me but he has had no information we’re the rock is

It’s bad when you look forward to your stuff coming but they mess it up and then eventually turn up you feel like dragging them round the garden lol . Us Brits are supposed to be patient but not when there messing with our fish & corals lol

I'm struggling with gonies at low nites under 10 and phosphates under .05. My old tank was filthy mess and my 1 red goni grew like a weed. If i recall, 50 nitrates and probably .1 phosphates

That's what I'm shooting for. 60 nitrates and struggling to keep .05 phos.

Only dosing all for reef. And also, never dosed any of that on my old tank. My old tank was kalk only.

Trust me if things are DOA I’ll be having a similar discussion. I had one of thos “discussions” when they held over my DOA catfish order a couple years ago. Left the package in a “climate controlled” ie:read air conditioned room overnight. I can’t believe they don’t have enough planes or trucks to take over a shipment in an emergency “mechanical” issue. It’s like the mechanic saying I can’t fix your car cause I’ve only got one size hex wrench. Effers.

They don't, they really don't. Through some business dealings I found out that on any given day in the US on the average there's 5 million packages Just sitting. They don't have the infrastructure, planes trains and automobiles, or the manpower to be able to move them.

This is why Amazon doesn't do the same day and two-day deliveries they used to. This is partially why USPS lengthened their delivery time.

It used to be nothing for me to receive packages a day or two early. Now I'm often receiving them one to two days late.

This is predicted to only get worse. In some areas you already starting to see smaller delivery companies doing the final mile delivery. Where your packages get delivered to them and they do the final delivery to the destination.

You're also seeing a lot more mailbox stores we're packages are delivered to them and held. They're delivery lockers popping up in places also. Cvs and Walgreens have already jumped on it also. It's much easier for them to drop off a big load of packages in one place then deliver them to all the separate destinations.

These delivery companies you're making money left and right. There's no reason for them to expand their operations at additional costs. They know they can only raise delivery prices so much before the average consumer stops using them.

We may be seeing the beginning of the end. Things will definitely change but don't expect them to drastically add to their fleet to improve delivery times.

You'll probably see more automated deliveries and more pickup locations.

My phosphates have been nonexistent and nitrates running under 5. Probably due to the horrible algae everywhere, absorbing all the stuff. I need to check it again now that I’m using rodi and occasional distilled for emergencies. Plus the tank just got the overhaul with the new rock added. Tossed the dottyback into refugium. New mandarins and wrasse coming in next Thursday. Have no idea where the Mel is. Hopefully still alive and will unbury itself at some point.

Here’s the new look for the tank. Added Amazeballs Goni and Green Octospawn and a monti as well. ReefCleaners cuc crew added. Got large AB+ bottle and AcroPower and Coral Dust. I’ll have to see how to add them into the regime of supplements.

Got my cardinal tetras in today . Discus tomorrow. Hopefully before I need to go to work.

I know! He does great at keeping phosphate. Eventually though he'll probably move into some skeletal corals that eat phosphate and have different issues.
