Just wanted to give a shout-out to AquaSD (esp. Ramon) for my last order!

So here is the story, I saw a really nice looking clam on the AquaSD sale thread and I placed an order for it to ship Wednesday and arrive Thursday in GA. I checked the delivery status on Thursday morning and saw the fight was late. I called UPS for help, they were not helpful, to get more information on the package. They told me it was a late flight and it would be available for pickup at a drop-off center about 40min from my house. I went to pick up the order around 2:30 and was told that the order was not there and it was in Atlanta and could not be picked up until Friday morning. I went home contacted UPS and called AquaSD. UPS was horrible, but Ramon was very nice and went out of his way to try to help me locate the package. I did try to go back out to the drop-off center later that night and they told me the package was at the drop-off center since 2:00 that day and that now the package was loaded onto a transfer truck that could not be unloaded until tomorrow! I went home and thought my package was toast and there was no way my items would make it through the night.

On Friday I got a call around 2:30pm from the drop-off center that my package had been located and was available for pickup. It had been snowing all day in GA and there was about 5 inches of snowfall by the time I made it back to the drop-off center. I thought there is no way anything is alive. I walked in and got even more irritated when I saw the package and the this side up sticker was upside down. I got home opened the package which was packaged with insulating foam, packing peanuts and heat packs. The heat packs still had a little heat to the touch. Once I got the bags out I looked and to my surprise my clam was alive and I had a freebie in the bag!

Very pleased with my order and the service!

Shout out to AquaSD too. I had a chance to stop by their facility in San Diego over Thanksgiving and was super impressed. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice. I certainly haven't been to all the LA stores but so far this is, by far, the cleanest and most organized aquarium store I've seen in SoCal. The amount of livestock they have is incredible, way more than I expected.

Ordered from them a few times and everything has been delivered on time, in perfect condition and with excellent communication.
