. I have progressed from that to a 55 gallon, then 75 gallon. Thought I was done,,,,,,,,,, NOT. A co-worker of my Wife's was moving and knew we was into marine tanks and asked if we wanted his 125 gallon tank and stand, with a bunch of extra stuff ( 100 lbs of dead live rock, a pond uv cleaner, home made refugium (broke in transit), Magnum external filter. Ok, so the build went kinda slow at first cause i couldn't figure out what to do as for a refugium. Major brain fart and decided to use the 55 gallon for the ref. Problem was would not fit in the stand. Ok, so a little saw work and now it fits. In about a weeks time i made up the plumbing, leak tested both the 125 and 55 after re-silconing the seams and baffles. I wanted to have every thing in the ref due to removing the possibilities of leaks from outside items like skimmer, etc. I kept the plumbing simple and clean. Ok, now to the one day move from 75 to 125, its went real easy and no fish loss, going on 3 weeks now. I do have another light coming for the center so that will take care of the dark center.

Okay, now that I have had time to breath a little ( work and house remodel) I can finally post my items that I have on my tank. Okay items I bought used at not so quite close local fish store ---> Berlin protein skimmer, the 55 gallon tank now as a refugium, Jecod DCT-6000 10 speed dc pump, spectrapure mpdi-90. Free stuff ( gotta love the free stuff) ---> 125 gallon tank w/ stand, jebao uv clarifier cw-36 and 75 lbs of dead live rock and the pirate ship. Now the rest that's new ---> 2x jebao rw-4 wave makers, digital aquatics reef keeper elite V2, blue ocean 125 over flow box, mc2bridge led lighting (1 controller 2 lights now, will be 1 controller and 3 lights in future), 2x rv 10 gallon fresh water tanks ( 1 is set up for rodi for ato and rodi goes straight to it. 2nd will be salt water tank for water changes and will be a direct pump out pump in water change.)
I know that this is a cheap list compared to what I see a lot of you posting like some of your lights, my wife about **** when she seen one guy spent around 1500.00 on a light setup. I look at it this way, you have the money to put into your hobby, that's fine with me as long as you enjoy it, it really don't matter how much you spend or what you get for free.

This is my rodi - ato tank setup for now, waiting for warmer weather the get freezer out of utility room to make shelf's for both 10 gallon tanks.

Looking good so far. Last tank...I just had to chuckle at that!!!

I say last tank is due to budget, room, and floor. My house was built in 1907 and has a partial crawl space / basement. If i went any bigger then I would have to get in crawl space and build supports and I dont see any more free tanks heading my way lol. Besides boss has said this is it. She is getting her tank room the way she wants it with some ,not much, input from me. just to give you a idea, the room is 12 foot by 9 foot. By the time we get done and furnish it it will be comfy as a relaxation room \ guest room.
