My lighting too intense for Zoas?

I changed lighting recently, and the only thing that's changed is my zoas shrink a bit by mid day and dont reach as far as the use too.

For me, they only reach when they do not have enough (or as much) light. When they don't need to reach or swell up and get really big, then they don't do it.

I like how they look extended. Lol. They're producing more polyps so maybe the intensity is fine and I'm not use to it
