My lights are off! Having problems with my Apex

Could somebody please try to help me get my lights working again??? I have Apex classic light system.

Lights have been set to auto and have always worked fine for the last 6 months. All of a sudden this morning the lights were out I reset the system and they went back on and now they went back out again. And I cannot reset

I'm going to try unplugging system to maybe reset it??? Don't know if it'll help if anybody and help me please I need to get lights on leaving for Florida tomorrow

The lights are plugged to a EB8 socket?
Couple of things to try out

Try just moving the slider to "ON" on that socket & see what happens.(lights should come on doing that)
If you got an empty socket try copy/pasting your config to another one & see if it works.
You could also try just plugging the lights into a normal house socket to see if its not just a lights issue rather than an Apex issue too

The lights definitely worked already plugged into house outlet and tested them. I have tried resetting a couple times they have come back on and then they click off

The last time I had problems with my Apex a gentleman help me on reef2reef and I had to reset the time it wasn't talkin to the Apex. I really don't understand this stuff that much

It might help to know 'what kind of lights' - and 'do the lights have their own controller or is it just a set on off time (i.e. is there a ramp, etc).

Have you double-checked the setting on the classic (assuming its just an on - off time - to make sure that somehow the settings are misconfigured? Have you tried the lights in another socket in the EBB - with the same programming - And lastly - Are you certain that all of your other equipment is also working 'correctly' (ie other things plugged into the apex) that also might be going off and on - and you're not noticing. ?

EDIT - the reason I ask is that this (or something similar) happened to me - and ended up being a bad chip (note this was not the classic - but a 2016 model) -

I've not been hit with that one so can't help there.....If you move the socket slider to "on" & the lights come on then perhaps it is that same issue with the time

I have all of other pumps and heaters running on wall outlets. I have to Chinese Black Box lights with two wires coming off of each light one is for the white lights and one is for the blue lights

This will seem stupid - but - is the setting where you can freeze your sliders 'off'? Have you tried cutting the power to the apex - i.e. restarting it? (I know you said you reset it - but not sure what that 'means'). I mean physically unplugging everything - not resetting the 'brain'.

If your on a tablet or such & the sliders got grey bars over it swipe from right to left to remove the lock over the slider

Ok check that link - it shoudl be on the upper right hand corner as the other person said. But - apparently (according to the link) - you can also unlock them individually/

But - if its on 'auto' - and the lights aren't on - there either has to be a problem with the programming, (i.e the lights are set to be 'off' at this time (btw - does the 'time' on your apex match the 'actual time') , there is a problem with the EB, There is a problem with the lights (seems like you have ruled out most things). Auto should mean that the light will 'go on' at time x and off at time y. UNLESS your lights also have another controller that could be 'wrong'
