had to get new fans for the tank, because the ones i had died on me. I did get the tank second hand so who knows how long those old fans were used for

Looks nice.
How is the rock on the back wall held, looks like silicone.

I used JB waterweld. you can find it at home depot. its tank safe. but takes a really long time to cure. i had to leave the water lv on the tank kinda low while applying the product then prop it with something fill tank back up so i could turn on my pumps and leave it alone for about 30min. then take the prop off. got the idea from a fellow reefer on R.A. and i wanted to apply it to my Biocube. Im really happy with the turn out. just cant wait till its covered up in Coraline. because right now like you said it looks white. But improvements with water flow have improved drastically. the hold on it is really good too. when i moved the tank to my new place the rocks stayed on no problem. both those rocks that are in the back are actually floating above the front structure.

tank looks amazing.

thanx everyone :) im trying really hard to make this tank an awesome lil cube. bad news though. :( got a outbreak of GHA (green hair algea)

not sure what the source of the prob is. i only feed my fish every other day sometimes a lil longer and i only feed the corals one a week right before my water change. but i think i might switch that feeding to every two weeks. I did notice a slight more growth when i got rid of my red macro algae, so i can assume that i was deff. absorbing some of that excess nutrients. I opened up my hold and did notice that in the back chambers there was some nasty detrius buildup so im siphoning all that out today with my water change. give my return pump a good scrub... As far as my media i changed my chemi pure and puragen last week. so im good for a couple more weeks on that. and i change my filter floss on a weekly basis as well. its never really dirty on the sponge. some im wondering if my new intank water director is not getting all that water into the media basket. humm.... ill keep you guys updated

sorry i havent done a update in a while guys. but i will do one this week. I currently switched to ESV b-ionic salt. i will be doing my 1st water change with it. heard nothing buy + things about it. and changed up the location of my corals and got a few new pieces ;)
