So I thought I'd share my orange spotted file fish story. I ordered a bicolor angelfish from Liveaquaria for my 75 gallon. The tank has a yellow tang, Valentini Puffer, a pair of occ. clowns, and a pearly jawfish. The bicolor was going to be my last addition. My box arrived and much to my surprise there were two orange spotted file fish inside. I panicked. Called them and well, they said keep them (what was the alternative - lol). I got on this site and searched and read everything I could. My local fish store had easy serve Masstick and thought I would start with that. THANKFULLY they BOTH took to it and I mean, they devoured it. I did this for a week and then slowly started mixing frozen mysis w/ it. They took to that too. They are now on a variety of frozen and eat like little pigs. They even go after the clams I drop in for my VP. know I am VERY lucky...but I am also very thankful for this forum. Anyway, it has been about five weeks and so far so good. Fingers (and toes) crossed. Just thought I'd share my little miracle.
