Cool guys, it's neat to see a large scale growout take shape. Sounds like there's plenty of confidence with Nick which makes for a solid foundation. Best of luck 
BTW, a friend got a 3 eye My Miami the first week of October and it's now putting out a 7th eye so between that, the BGM, miami hurricane and the original mummy eye, you have some fast growers in the pack...

If it grows that fast the price is going to drop like a stone within 6-12 months Glad I did the growout.
How's the Tangerine Dream grow? So far that's my favorite.
I'm feeling good about this one (since I'm in it). The frags are healing nicely and Nick seems to know his stuff.
No matter what happens it will be fine. Everything we do in this hobby is a gamble and as long as we've accepted that risk there's not much to lose. I was willing to accept the risk of 200.00 versus the risk of 1,500. Now I'm not sweating the outcome.

Thanks for the support guys. I hear a lot of talk about these ending badly but I have not seen much of that, I know a couple of people in a simillar growout right now that I will leave nameless that say it is going very well. I honestly don't see how this can go wrong short of a complete crash of all of my 450 gallon system. (highly unlikely) even if something like that was to happen I would see my sps having rtn issues before any lps were to go south in which case I would transfer the chalices to my wifes sps tank. I just cant see how (other growouts) are not succesfull, nor do I ever see any of these unsuccesful ones on the boards. If all invollved are just patient they will get there chalices. Further if anyone is no longer patient I would gladly let them drop out at any time for a full refund. I don't know of too many other grow outs that would do the same.
My only concern at this point is with the reportedly slow growth rate of the monster mash and lets face it as long as the My Miami and the others grow fast who cares how long the Monster Mash takes, it will grow eventually and we will disburse it when it does. I would have put my $200 in just for the my miami, the other 8 are gravy.....

We are getting 9 sick chalices for $200 bucks each. This is the best deal I have seen on a grow out so far. That works out to $22 dollars an eye for these when all is said and done. Shoot I have gambled $200 at a hand of Black Jack that wouldn't have paid off this good...With way worse odds too I may add.

I am certainly not wishing you guys bad luck, this is an awesome deal if it all works out. The know of only a few others on the boards, and most have ended badly. One guys tank was poisoned and he lost everything, and the other, the polyps simply melted (I was a part of this one).
And FYI, the "nameless" group buyer has the info posted on his website lol, so its not SUPER SECRET!!!!

I know its not a secret about the other growout I mentioned that is going well, I just don't like talking about other peoples busines in public forums without there permission thats all.
I asume since they are not posting the grow outs progress on the boards its for the groups privacy and I wanted to keep it that way.
