My Miami or Bust!!

I would think the Zoas route is the best, fastest and most realistic way to go! BAycoral and Twinspot is right. Try your best to get to the hornets then in a few months you can get ur way up to the red hornets and i say a colony of about 6-7 red hornets might get you an eye ... BUt i dont think Baycorals wouldnt want to trade cause im sure he has enough of the red hornets that hes giving them away

From my exeperience I had to start on a local site. I either sold or traded for a bunch of stuff then I was able to get the higher sought after corals. So you might try to post it on your home site and then as you get higher end things you could post them on here and a local site. JMO
Thats the thing, I have all my stuff on my local reef clubs site, but its all basic stuff, yumas, zoas cady canes, no one is biting. I might have to frag some of my nicer stuff n start that way.

Hmm if I am to make this a true trade up, I will need to trade something for the eye of my. Could be tricky.

Maybe you should start off with your yuma, not the candy canes. Yumas seem more popular to me. But it does seem hard to sell certain corals around here. My pom pom xenia sold quickly, but I still have a nice SPS pack that no one seems interested in. Oh well. You might just have to consider shipping.

Good luck with the trades! I'll be keeping watch.

Yeah maybe you could use a few of your other corals to start you out. I wish you a ton of luck.

Thanks for the support guys, I will let you know when I've made my first trade.

Just my opinion, but I really think you should stick with the Candy Cane to make it more challenging. Hell, the other guy started with a big red paper clip and ended up with a house lol. I think to make this a truly epic trade up... you should start with a newb that wants to trade a frag of maybe Eagle Eye zoas for the Candy Cane. Eagle Eyes become Bam Bams or RDE, then to Tubbs Blues, to Purple Death, to maybe Mohawks... and so on.

That's true. It would be more fun. Too bad your not in my area. I would take the candy cane for zoas.

Alright I'm sticking with the candy cane or bust, might have to open myself up to shipping, but whos going to want to pay $30 on shipping candy canes, i know I may not want to pay for shipping for what someone will trade for these lol.

After thing about it, I am going to add something to my initial trade..
I am adding 2 or 3 heads of neon green ricordia, Got a purple rim
