Alright man starting to feel like @fishguy242 tonight. Been at it for few solid days. Got whole entire left 2 tables and reservoir officially tore apart, deep cleaned put back together. Installed my diy algae turf scrubbers and moved as much gulf rock as I could fit over under neath the reef light.
Super clean and efficient now.
I have a feeling these turf scrubbers are going very effective. I built them other day put them together before I glued everything and let it run for few hours dialing in things.
When I took it out to dry and glue I could already see the screens starting to get stain on them Same color as this hair algae ive been dealing with
Anyhow check it out. Figured I'd give quick tour from left to right.
ATO in closet gravity fed to reservoir on float valve.

New and improved reservoir 1 rocking algae turf scrubbers with gulf live rock

Just trying to keep good records here. Hard to believe its only been few weeks since I put together.
Huge contrast to what the rock looked like then and what its becoming now

Ya it comes tomorrow, I'll be at work but I'll get pics via the fiance hahha

He said he has them under lower par so I'm putting it at 100 to start....thats about where all the others are right now.

All you guys and your mushroom tanks makes me want to start one.

Brit wants a seahorse tank and what better place for a bunch of mushrooms!

Hahaha Kat Williams cracks me up. Got to see him and Chapelle last time they toured. Kat is about 4 ft tall I think but laughed for a solid hour. Dudes crazy

Oh yes just getting settled and hasn't quite opened up....waiting for blues to come on but here's a pic, definitely going to look good under the blues.
