I move from Freshwater tank to Saltwater about 1.5 year ago. I love to see how coral popup under the blue light. This is one of my tank
Here is some of my build:
Tank: AquaMaxx Premium Cuboid Low-Iron Rimless Aquarium - 22G
Rock: Dry rock from BRS - I did not want to get some unexpected pest from live rock, even with the one already treated.
Sand: Caribsea - I mix 2 types, one is sand only, one comes with some seashell.
Saltmix: used to try Brightwell - but after a month the salt stings like Water Prime smell. I changed to Instant Ocean until now.
Flow: 2 power head: 1 hydor 240GpH & jebao 10 wave maker
Lighting: t5ho fixtures but I like the shimmer effect so change to KessilA360 with controller.
JBL auto top off.
Protein skimmer: aquatic life mini skimmer - 30G
***looking for a better HOB or internal skimmer*** if you know some good one let me know so I can try
Livestock: 1 Black phantom Clown, small blue hippo tang, CUC. - coral: some mushroom, toast tool, zoan, rockflow anemone
