After a butload of research and talking to a bunch of buddies i finally decided to move my 2 speckled rainbow btas to the rock with my 10" GBTA. The main reason i did it was to get the clowns in the reds, they hadmade a home in the GBTA and the reds were on the other side of the tank. Either way a pic is worth 1000 words so just LMK what u guys think :D

You can only see the 1 RBTA in the pic the other one is behind her :D

Really Beautiful! Must be mesmerizing to watch! I would love to see a vid if you ever feel like making a short clip of it :D

How large is your tank? Is this your only pair of clowns? How old is your GBTA?

We just got a green tip BTA with a medium pink base. Will ours eventually get as large as yours? And will the tentacles get as long? How old is your RBTAs? Did one clone the other? haha sorry! so many questions!

They look very happy, healthy and beautiful! Great Job!

Thanks for the kind words guys I couldnt b happier with them!!!
as for the questions....

My tank is a standard 90 gallon, these are my only pair of clowns they came from Donni's Reef, the larger clown is about 3-4yrs old and the smaller is 1.5ish. The GBTA was ordered from aquasd about 8-10months ago and when it came in was about 7" or so.

Over time yes they will get huge as long as they don't split, My RBTA's split about 3-4months ago during a water change. I have a local friend who has a single RBTA that is easily 16-18" in diameter and it is absolutley stunnning!! As for the long tentacles i have heard 2 explanations for this. I have heard that the tentacles stop bubbling once clowns begin to host them , and i have heard that the ammount of flow that they recieve dictates weither or not they will have long tentacles, I personally tend to agree more with the later. I have TONS of flow in the tank :)

I really wish u the best of luck ith yous when they come in, and I will b sure to post a vid tonight :D
