My New 130 Gallon Build

Hey reefing fam, I've decided to upgrade to a larger tank. Moving from PA 65 Gallon to a PA 130. Im going to reuse most of the items from the 65 (2 Radion g4 XR30, M1 Pump, 2 MP40's, Doser and media chambers), I'm adding another Radion G4 XR 30, and 2 more mp 40s, and a new nyos 160 Skimmer and triton 44 sump. My Tank came in today and will be delivered Saturday 09/22!! Attach are pix of my current reef (Before it crashed) and pix of the new aquarium and some of the life support items.

Here are some additional pix. Rather than buy really expensive dosing containers.... i elected to convert 3 one gallon jugs into dosing containers for ATI essentials.

Its here finally.... Here are some pix from this past weekend. Moved the old tank and now the new one sits where the old one was.

Here are a few updates. Special thanks to @Tray333 he donated some better looking dosing containers that are larger. I suspect if my plans go well i will be needing the extra capacity!

Thanks but im not even close to where i want this tank to be. This is mainly transfers from my previous 65. Once it ages a little more ill start adding more corals and fish!!

What brand are those dosing containers? I like the blue

You will love the sump! Wasnt sure how i would like not having the ability to have filter socks. Hats off to the folks at triggers system, they have engineered it so that, floating debris deposits in the fuge area for food for your pods or easy siphoning. Its well thought out and built extremely well. Also the lid does greatly minimize evaporation. The dosing containers are seaside aquatic.

Another week update. Moved all my corals( the ones that survived anyway ) over to the new system.... all appears well. Added two more, fingers crossed. Been testing... Alk stays between 7.7-8 consistently. Will be testing a few times a week, i expect adjustments to be needed after adding some more sps. Current spec from Salifert Tests:

PH: 8
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
Phos: 0
SG (Refractometer): 1.026
Alk: 8
Cal: 450
Mag: 1360
All dosed with ATI Essentials

I seeded the tank with live bacteria and some sand from the previous aquarium. Im in the process of seeding pods from my old sump to the new system. Fingers crossed. Fish have been in the aquarium for close to 15 days.

Hey guys another update and a few changes. H380 retired and replaced by my h80, H380 was killing my algae. Since the switch my algae has bounced back with deep greens and the white pieces have recovered. I added a PM 5 gallon top off, along with a Milwaukee PH meter and kwh measuring powerstrip. Water parameters are pretty stable, i noticed a bump in PH last night.... up from 7.8 to 8. This was close to 11pm when it was measured, im curious to see what my daytime PH will be. Still a huge fan of the NYOS line of skimmers. My 160 is pulling some nasty crap from the tank already and the coralline is starting to take off as well. Will be conducting a water test this evening but all is well so far. Also not sure if i mentioned this before but, i love my triggers systems triton 44 sump!!
