My new Nano reef tank,
2nd week of cycling.

also I was hooping someone could tell me what this is. I have several of them in my tank so far when all lights are out they seem to have a long stem and reach out to the top any info will help anyways after this i will attach a few images of the setup.

Im not an expert but the first image I believe is a majano or aiptasia anemone. It needs to be removed, you can find great videos on youtube or different sites showing how to.
 
Aptasia everyone gets them get rid of them,just be careful they can shoot babies out. There's videos on YouTube tells u how to get rid of them. By the way nice start love that rock work looks great!:cool::thumbup:
 
the second image is likely red gracilaria algae which many fish enjoy eating. The third image has a tube worm/feather duster when open they are usually a nice addition; and a filter feeder. I don't know if there is something else you were trying to ask about? Just make sure you keep an eye on your parameters, thats a bunch of fish for 2 week old tank.
 
Looks good. I also agree to be careful with too many fish too soon. I think I spotted a coral beauty angel.
