Its been in the bag almost 9 hours so im still slowly acclimating it to my tank and the sg levels were off by quite a bit so no chances i dont want to loose it. More pics to come when I get it in the tank

It has purple tips and I almost thought that it was a dyed crispa or malu but im positive its a gbta, as it looks nothing like the other two. ive just not seen one with the tips like that. Its solid green with a red base all but the very tip

congrats on your new nem :) looks like a biggie!
please post more pix when it gets settled in...
and I agree, it looks like a purple tipped GBTA....see a ton of those in my area.

It's disappeared. I have looked everywhere in my tank and cant find it anywhere. Ive even checked the powerheads good to make sure it didnt go threw one of them during the night. I'm sure it will turn up in the next day or two its probably hiding from my clowns

BTA's have a Masters in hiding, esp the first few days. If parameters checks out, she should slowly come out when acclimated. good luck. :)

Parameters are Sg 1.026 Alk 9.4 phosphate .05 Nitrate 0 pH 8.4 Ca 500 Mag 1460. I found it tonight, under a rock with the mouth open and it don't look good. My clowns pestered it most of the night. I may have to take it out and treat it
