I finally got my dream arch which is live rock so it shouldn’t mess up any tank chemistry! 
I think I’m finally really happy with my aquascape months later because I didn’t get the chance to actually plan it beforehand but next time! And it pained me to throw away the big rock with large spots of coralline but I scraped some off before throwing it out and added a couple pieces of rubble rock with coralline. And before you say why didn’t you keep/sell the rock because it had lots of nuisance algae and was relatively cheap rock to begin with.
