Hi y'all,

I just got this new blue zoa from an LFS very inexpensively. They got it from their wholesaler as "Super Blue". The actual color of the face of the zoa is a little deeper blue or a purplish. It has yellowish inner ring and skirt.

AOI, if you start loosing the blue and they become grey then place them in a lower light area.......

I bought a big colony of those about two months ago. They looked great for 2 weeks then slowly closed up one by one. I hear they like high light and high flow.

I split my colony so I could put them in 2 different spots. 1 high and high flow the other low in med flow. The 1 thats low is doing alot better than the 1 high.

I second this, I split my piece up and did the same thing. The piece in the sand bed is doing much better and looks much better than the piece closest to the light.
