After losing my custom built corner reef tank to a catastrophic seam failure after more than 6 years of general success, I have now gone and purchased a CADE Reef S2. The system has now been up and running for around 3-4 months but this thread is the story from go to whoa.

Have any pictures of it?

Looks great Scuba. How are you finding the Cade? They’re really nice tanks aren’t they. I have a custom Cade 1800x850x650 which has just landed and is awaiting collection this weekend.

Thanks Rob.

I'm loving the Cade ... how it all goes together, the quality and the overall finish is just top notch. If there was one criticism of the unit it would be with the white nylon/plastic hose clamps that come with it. They seem rather fragile/flimsy and to date I have already replaced two of them with stainless steel clamps which are way stronger and hold a lot better.

I think stainless are a better option.
I actually just bought the tank alone, I’ll be putting the rest together myself.
