And I think if I am not mistaken I am the first one to buy from Clams On Demand

I am very impressed with a this new vendor on the scene. Clam sizes are correctly stated, and clear of pests. Photos are pretty good as well. Packaging is as good as any other online vendor. I was in a hurry when acclimating so no pic's of the packaging.

The clams are in my qt tank and the water has a bit of a murk to it so it is hard to get a clear shot. But here are some fairly decent, not my best by far pic's of my new clams.

3.5" Maxima, this guy has an orange shell, never seen that before in a clam.

3" black and green Maxima almost a teardrop maybe so?

3" blue Maxima.

6" gold and green Derasa

I'll try and get better pic's when I get them in my DT.

I recommend buying clams from the new guy on the net anytime, thanks again John...

Those are some sweet looking clams. I'll definitely keep checking them out from now on. There are a couple that I like right now. I'm so tempted but I really shouldn't get any right now.

Hey Chris I have to move this to the vendor feedback......But you can make a new post with just the clams......

Ten four, no worry's, I will get some good shots of all my clams when I get them in the display tank.

Mantle of maxima with scutes of a squammie

I have seen a lot of Maximas but never have I seen scutes like those on anything but Squasmosa. I wonder if these could be maxima/squasmosa hybrids .They are beautiful and unique.

Naw, I think the clams are farmed and have been in a very controlled environment. There is no such thing as a hybrid clam.
