I have noticed one of my very healthy gsp frags had some what it looked like green eggs starting to smother it a bit ..
I dipped it in hydrogen peroxide for 10min and brushed them off with a toothbrush no problem.
Does anyone know what this may be, I popped them and they were pretty hard.

That's bubble algae don't pop it in the tank if you don't want it. Emerald crabs eat it though.

as mentioned, you definately dont want to pop those in the tank. think of it like a bag of algae eggs that are contained. once it is popped, its released everywhere. luckily, they are easily removed. you can even remove them without the peroxide. i generally do it with tweezers, and do it out of the tank, if possible.
