Welcome to the club. I have run a Lifereef sump, protein skimmer, calcium reactor, float switch, etc. for over 13 years. Jeff is a great guy and always willing to talk about any issues or questions you may have.

So Far love this skimmer, I was thinking today it had a hose and a drain to drain the cup I was thinking I may try and find a valve and hook it up to my Apex so I could drain it when I am away. Anyone out thee do this?
