I'd work on boosting that 'fuge asap. Even if they appear to be chasing after food particles, more often than not they aren't actually eating it. Mandarins like to pretend they're eating food for some reason. I hate that these things are starved already when they come in. Unfortunately it took me going through two of them that were too far gone to be saved before getting my fatty I have now. I've always had massive amounts of pods from a big refugium, but they've been so emaciated and weak when I got them it was already too late. I'm cheering your little guy on.
Did you dump all those pods in your display? Or divide between display and 'fuge?
